Mandatory Coaches Check-In:

Coaches bring your ID with you to Check-In.

  • All teams will be given two (2) Coach Credentials and 2 armbands at check-in.
  • Additional Coach Credentials can be purchased for $40. at Coaches Check-In.
  • The credentials allow Coaches admission into facility and permits them to sit on the bench during games.
  • Coaches must always wear all their credentials.
  • Coaches If you misplace, lose your credentials, or take your armband off you will have to purchase a replacement at $40. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Mandatory Dress Code for Coaches:
All Coaches are required to wear a Polo shirt and khaki pants or shorts, dark  pants or matching attire to the team uniforms. Closed toe shoes.

Coaches Rules and Responsibilities:

  • Each team is allowed 2 Coaches in the event.
  • All Coaches are required to always wear both a Coach’s wristband and Coach’s Badge to enter the facility and sit on the bench.
  • Coaches that are not in compliance with this rule will be removed from the bench by the TS Event Staff or officials.
  • There is a $40 fee to replace a Coach’s credentials.
  • Only Coaches and team players are allowed to sit on their designated team bench.
  • The Home Team is listed on the left of the game schedule, sits on the left bench facing the game clock, and wears light color uniform.
  • The Visitor team sits on the right bench facing the game clock and wears dark color uniform.
  • NO Spectators are allowed to stand or sit behind the team benches.
  • Bracket play Home Team is listed on top.
  • Scorebooks must be filled out with Players full name and jersey number before the official game time.
  • (Note: full team roster must be entered in the Scorebooks for the tournament.)
  • A team can only have 12 players per team.
  • Players will be allowed to play for one (1) team and in one (1) age division.
  • Once a player plays in a game for one team, he or she will no longer be eligible to participate for any other team in the tournament.
  • In bracket play, if a team cannot advance, the losing team advances as if they had won the previous game.
  • Any team that is knowingly unable to make their scheduled game must notify the Tournament Director in advance.
  • Arrive 45 MINUTES prior to the scheduled game time. Your game may tip off 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time
  • All players must wear their full uniforms for admission into the facilities at all time.

Game Ball Size:

  • Intermediate size ball (28.5”) will be used for 1st – 6thgrade divisions.
  • Regulation size ball (29.5”) will be used for 7th– High School divisions.

Official Game Ball and Warm-Up Balls:

  • The Home team will supply the official game ball.
  • Each team must bring their own warm-up balls.
  • Each team is responsible for their warm-up balls, game balls and or any other items brought into the game.
  • TS Events is not responsible for any lost items.

Center Court Clock Table:

  • Clock and bookkeeper will be supplied by TS Events.
  • The clock keeper and bookkeeper are only at this table.
  • NO Spectators are allowed to stand or sit behind this table.
  • There is no checking of books by non-participants during the game.

Tournament Schedule:
We do not accommodate schedule requests.
Schedule will be released sometime after midnight on Tuesday July 11th, 2023.

 

Protest Rule:

  • Protest fee is $400 CASH only. No credit cards accepted.
  • Must be paid before the ball tips off for the next game.
  • If a protest is lost the entire $400 is non-refundable.

 

NO TOLERANCE POLICY/RULES:

  • Poor sportsmanship and/or verbal abuse of officials or opposing teams by coaches, players, or spectators will not be tolerated and will cause a team and their spectators to be removed from the facility.
  • Swearing & bad language will not be tolerated. Site Directors have the option to remove anyone from the tournament.
  • Any type of physical fighting by Coaches, Players and Spectators could result in IMMEDIATE and FINAL ejection of the team from the tournament with no refund and any future TS Events.

All rules will be enforced.
