TEAM ROSTER
Team Roster Rules:
- All teams 1st – High School in this tournament are allowed a maximum of (12) players on their roster
- Players may only compete in one (1) single division for one (1) team.
- Once a player plays in a game for one team, he or she will no longer be eligible to participate for any other team in the tournament.
- Teams can not add any players to their roster after the first game has been played in this tournament.
We use National Sports ID for the official team roster and to verify each players documentations for 1st-8th grade
You will need the following items on each player on your team for verification:
1. Headshot photo of the player.
2. Birth Certificate, Passport or State Issued ID
3. Report Card, Progress Report or some school document that shows the school name, child’s full name and current grade for the 2024-2025 school year.
4. There is a 5.00 fee per player plus a process fee.

Required Team Paperwork for High School teams:

High School teams are not required to do Sports ID.
All High School teams are required to email a team roster.
A team roster needs to be submitted for players to be eligible to play and for your team to go on the schedule.

Deadline for Team Roster:
All team rosters and paperwork for 1st Grade – High School must be finalized and submitted by June 05, 2025 in order for your team to be placed on the schedule.
