TEAM ROSTER
Team Roster Rules:
- All teams 1st – High School in this tournament teams are allowed a maximum of (12) players on their roster
- Players may only compete in one (1) single division for one (1) team.
- Once a player plays in a game for one team, he or she will no longer be eligible to participate for any other team in the tournament.
- Teams can not add any players to their roster after the first game has been played in this tournament.
Required Team Paperwork for 1st – 8th grade teams:

This tournament is grade based with age verification approval for 1st-8th grade teams only.
We use National Sports ID for the official team roster and to verify each players documentations for 1st-8th grade.

You will need the following items on each player on your team for verification:
- Headshot photo of the player.
- Birth Certificate, Passport or State Issued ID.
- Report Card, Progress Report or some school document that shows the school name, child’s full name and current grade for the 2024 – 2025 school year.
- There is a $5.00 fee per player plus a process fee.

- All High School teams are required to email a team roster.
- Team roster needs to be submitted for players to be eligible to play and for your team to go on the schedule.

Deadline for Team Roster:
All team rosters and paperwork for 1st Grade – High School must be finalized and submitted by May 09, 2025 in order for your team to be placed on the schedule.
