TEAM ROSTER

Team Roster Rules:

  • All teams 1st – High School in this tournament teams are allowed a maximum of (12) players on their roster
  • Players may only compete in one (1) single division for one (1) team.
  • Once a player plays in a game for one team, he or she will no longer be eligible to participate for any other team in the tournament.
  • Teams can not add any players to their roster after the first game has been played in this tournament.

Required Team Paperwork for 1st – 8th grade teams:

This tournament is grade based with age verification approval for 1st-8th grade teams only.
We use National Sports ID for the official team roster and to verify each players documentations for 1st-8th grade.

You will need the following items on each player on your team for verification:

  1. Headshot photo of the player.
  2. Birth Certificate, Passport or State Issued ID.
  3. Report Card, Progress Report or some school document that shows the school name, child’s full name and current grade for the 2024 – 2025 school year.
  4. There is a $5.00 fee per player plus a process fee.

  • High School teams are not required to do Sports ID
  • All High School teams are required to email a team roster.
  • Team roster needs to be submitted for players to be eligible to play and for your team to go on the schedule.

Deadline for Team Roster:
All team rosters and paperwork for 1st Grade – High School must be finalized and submitted by May 09, 2025 in order for your team to be placed on the schedule.

This tournament is grade-based and has age eligibility requirements.

1ST GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 1st grade as of October 1, 2024 and can be no older than 8 on August 31, 2025.
For an athlete that is in the 2nd grade as of October 1, 2024 wanting to play down, they can be no older than 7 on August 31, 2025.

2ND GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 2nd grade as of October 1, 2024 and can be no older than 9 on August 31, 2025.
For an athlete that is in the 3rd grade as of October 1, 2024 wanting to play down, they can be no older than 8 on August 31, 2025.

3RD GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 3rd grade as of October 1, 2024 and can be no older than 10 on August 31, 2025.
For an athlete that is in the 4th grade as of October 1, 2024 wanting to play down, they can be no older than 9 on August 31, 2025.

4TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 4th grade as of October 1, 2024 and can be no older than 11 on August 31, 2025.
For an athlete that is in the 5th grade as of October 1, 2024 wanting to play down, they can be no older than 10 on August 31, 2025.

5TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 5th grade as of October 1, 2024 and can be no older than 12 on August 31, 2025.
For an athlete that is in the 6th grade as of October 1, 2024 wanting to play down, they can be no older than 11 on August 31, 2025.

6TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 6th grade as of October 1, 2024 and can be no older than 13 on August 31, 2025.
For an athlete that is in the 7th grade as of October 1, 2024 wanting to play down, they can be no older than 12 on August 31, 2025.

7TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 7th grade as of October 1, 2024 and can be no older than 14 on August 31, 2025.
For an athlete that is in the 8th grade as of October 1, 2024 wanting to play down, they can be no older than 13 on August 31, 2025.

8TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 8th grade as of October 1, 2024 and can be no older than 15 on August 31, 2025.
For an athlete that is in the 9th grade as of October 1, 2024 wanting to play down, they can be no older than 14 on August 31, 2025.
